Gutersloh based units visiting Wildenrath (EDUW) - back

© Günter Grondstein XN781/B Lightning F2A 19Sqn, Wildenrath (15.06.1969) This relatively "new" F2A is on display at an Open Day at Wildenrath in June 1969. This aircraft was delivered to BAC Warton for modification on 13.09.66 and returned to 19Sqn on 26.02.1968.

© Günter Grondstein XN784/R, Wildenrath (ca. 1970/71) This Lightning entered service with 19Sqn as a F2A on June 18, 1970. Until January 30, 1969 it flew as a F2 with the code "L" with the unit before it went to Warton for modification.
