Sea King Mk41
© Marcus Herbote 89+61 Sea King Mk41 MFG 5, Gütersloh (29.08.1986) This Sea King visited No 230Sqn for the annual "Families Day". The list of visitors for this event today reads like the list of visitors on an actual mediocore airshow: a CH-53G from Bentlage, a Danish Hughes 500M, a RF-4E from Leck, two Mirage F.1C from Cambrai, two F-15C from Bitburg, an AAC Lynx, two Netherlands Alouette III and a Bo-105 plus two A-10A from Woodbridge! A Chinook, a Puma and a Harrier of 3Sqn completed the static display. One Puma was used for a flying display and four CF-18 overflew the buildings of 230Sqn as this little extra.
© H. Feldmann 89+66 Sea King Mk41 MFG 5 , Gütersloh (22.01.1992) Im alten Anstrich präsentiert sich dieser deutsche Marine-Sea King im Jahr 1992. Das MFG 5 bekam im Jahr 1974 ihre ersten Sea King und fliegt sie noch heute! Der Klarstand lässt aber zuweilen sehr zu wünschen übrig.
